1. About Fresh Bliss
www.freshbliss.in is owned and operated by Fresh Bliss, a food and grocery business registered under the laws of India, with its principal place of business at Crown Center, 75/1, Landons Road, 1st Floor, Kilpauk, Chennai – 600 010, Tamil Nadu. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between Fresh Bliss and every individual who accesses, registers on, or transacts through this Website, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By using this Website, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this Website immediately.
2. Eligibility and User Account
This Website may be used only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. In the event of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach, you must notify us immediately at freshbliss.in@gmail.com. Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Products, Pricing, and Orders
Fresh Bliss offers farm-fresh and hydroponic vegetables, seasonal fruits, artisan cheeses, herbal teas, nutri mixes, and specialty food products through this Website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST under the CGST Act, 2017, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, though the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only upon our order confirmation. Fresh Bliss reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund in all such cases.
4. Payments
All purchases must be completed through secure online payment methods available at checkout. Fresh Bliss does not offer Cash on Delivery. Accepted payment modes include:
- Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others)
- Net banking and digital wallets
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using SSL encryption. Fresh Bliss does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords on its servers at any point. 5. Delivery
Fresh Bliss delivers across Chennai on a same-day or instant delivery basis for orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days, and pan-India within 4 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address, especially for perishable items. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence of a recipient, Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for resulting spoilage and re-delivery charges may apply. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery to your designated address.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at freshbliss.in@gmail.com or +91 96000 48302.
- For perishable items, cancellations must be requested on the same day of ordering and before packing begins.
- Once dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted.
- Returns for non-perishable products are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original, unopened condition.
- For fresh and perishable products, returns or replacements are considered only if the product is received damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered and must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Fresh Bliss.
7. Food Safety, Allergens, and FSSAI Compliance
Fresh Bliss operates in full compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and all applicable FSSAI regulations. All products are sourced from FSSAI-licensed manufacturers and comply with applicable food safety standards. Ingredient lists, allergen disclosures, net weight, best before dates, and storage instructions are provided on product labels as required by law. Our products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs, and cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out. Customers with known food allergies or specific dietary requirements are solely responsible for reading all product labels carefully before consumption. Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to review product information provided.
8. Intellectual Property and User Conduct
All content on this Website including the Fresh Bliss name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, and graphics is the exclusive intellectual property of Fresh Bliss, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without prior written permission. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Submit false or fraudulent information or place orders with intent to deceive
- Misuse the return, refund, or cancellation process
- Post defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content
Any violation may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
9. Liability, Indemnification, and Grievance Redressal
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website or any product purchased through it. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Bliss, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of this Website. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Fresh Bliss has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints in a fair and timely manner. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within the timeframes prescribed by law. You also retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
