We offer same-day and instant delivery within Chennai and pan-India shipping to select locations across the country. Our delivery process is designed to ensure your products reach you in the freshest and best possible condition, in line with our commitment to quality and the standards set under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Delivery Coverage Areas
Fresh Bliss currently delivers across all major areas within Chennai. For customers outside Chennai, we ship pan-India to select pin codes. Delivery availability for your specific location will be confirmed at the time of checkout. If your pin code is currently not serviceable, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and suggest alternatives where possible.
3. Delivery Timelines — Within Chennai
For customers within Chennai, Fresh Bliss offers the following delivery options:
- Instant Delivery: Available for select products and areas. Your order is delivered within a few hours of placement, subject to product availability and delivery slot availability.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
We strive to honour all delivery timelines; however, minor delays may occur during peak periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Timelines — Pan India
For customers outside Chennai, orders are shipped through trusted national courier partners and are typically delivered within 4 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, pin code serviceability, and the courier partner assigned to your area. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and the type of products ordered. Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order. Fresh Bliss may offer free shipping on orders above a minimum cart value, as notified on the Website from time to time. For instant or express delivery within Chennai, additional charges may apply and will be communicated transparently at checkout.
6. How We Package Your Order
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All products are packed in food-safe, hygienic packaging materials. Fresh produce and perishable items are packed with appropriate cold chain support including food-grade ice packs and insulated packaging where required. Fragile items such as glass jars, bottled products, and artisan foods are wrapped with protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. Our packaging process follows all food handling and safety protocols as required under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and FSSAI guidelines.
7. Delivery Partners
Within Chennai, Fresh Bliss delivers through trained and verified delivery personnel who are equipped with food-handling knowledge. For pan-India shipments, we work with reputed national courier companies to ensure reliable and timely delivery. In the event that standard courier services are unavailable for your pin code, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery solution.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. 9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of a recipient, an incorrect address, or inaccessibility of the premises, the delivery partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you to schedule an alternative time. Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you or unavailability of a recipient at the time of delivery. For perishable items, failed delivery due to the above reasons will not qualify for a refund or replacement as the freshness of the product cannot be guaranteed after a failed attempt.
10. Risk and Responsibility of Goods
The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the designated address. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order at the time of delivery and raise any concerns before the delivery is marked as complete. For perishable goods especially, please ensure timely receipt and proper storage as per instructions provided on the product label or packaging.
11. Delays Due to Force Majeure
Fresh Bliss shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, heavy rainfall, government-imposed restrictions, public strikes, pandemics, or logistics disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to fulfil your order at the earliest opportunity.
12. Special Handling for Fresh and Perishable Items
Fresh produce, hydroponic vegetables, artisan cheeses, and other perishable products require immediate attention upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive such orders promptly. Once delivered, kindly follow the storage instructions mentioned on the product label or packaging. Fresh Bliss will not be responsible for any deterioration in quality resulting from delays in receipt or improper storage after delivery.
13. Pan India Shipping Restrictions
Certain fresh, perishable, or temperature-sensitive products may only be available for delivery within Chennai or select nearby locations and may not be eligible for pan-India shipping due to the nature of the product. Such restrictions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page. For any clarification on product-specific delivery availability, please contact us before placing your order.
14. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the same business day for Chennai deliveries and within 24 hours for pan-India shipments, subject to product availability and order placement time. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
15. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at freshbliss.in@gmail.com or +91 96000 48302. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, no address changes will be possible.
16. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and accessible delivery address at the time of placing the order. Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please also ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address, particularly for perishable items.
