• Chennai: Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours.

• Other Cities: Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days.

3. Sunday Orders

Freshbliss does not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed from the following Monday, and the applicable delivery timeline will begin from Monday.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery or shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

From time to time, Freshbliss may offer free delivery or promotional shipping offers for selected orders, locations, or during specific campaigns.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, expired, incorrect, or quality-compromised product, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
