All payment transactions on our Website are processed through trusted, government-compliant payment gateway partners in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection rules. 2. Accepted Payment Methods

Fresh Bliss accepts a wide range of online payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. The following payment methods are accepted on our Website:

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on freshbliss.in. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order through one of the online payment methods listed above.

Payment Security

Your card details, UPI credentials, and net banking information are encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology during transmission. Fresh Bliss does not have access to, store, or retain any of your card numbers, CVV details, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on its servers at any point. Your payment credentials are handled entirely and exclusively by our payment gateway partners.

5. How Your Payment is Authorised

When you make a payment on freshbliss.in, your transaction is authorized in multiple stages. Your payment details are first securely transmitted to our payment gateway partner, who then seeks authorization from your bank or card network. Once authorization is confirmed, your order is accepted and a confirmation is sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Fresh Bliss does not receive or process your payment credentials directly at any stage of this process.

6. GST and Taxes on Your Purchase

All prices displayed on freshbliss.in are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product page. The applicable GST amount will be reflected in your order summary and invoice. Fresh Bliss issues a proper tax invoice for every order in compliance with GST regulations. Your invoice will be shared with you via email upon successful order placement.

7. Order Confirmation and Payment Receipt

Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive an order confirmation message on your registered email address and mobile number. This confirmation serves as your payment receipt and contains your order details, total amount paid, and estimated delivery timeline. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes of completing payment, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

8. Failed Transactions

In the event that a payment transaction fails due to a technical error, bank decline, insufficient funds, or any other reason, the order will not be confirmed. If an amount has been debited from your account despite a failed transaction, it will typically be reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days. If the amount is not reversed within this period, please contact us at freshbliss.in@gmail.com with your transaction reference number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

9. Duplicate or Double Deduction

In rare cases, a technical issue during the payment process may result in a duplicate deduction from your account. If you notice that your account has been charged more than once for a single order, please contact us immediately at freshbliss.in@gmail.com or +91 96000 48302 with your order details and bank transaction reference. We will investigate the matter and initiate a refund for the duplicate amount within 5 to 7 business days after verification.

10. Refund of Payments

Refunds, where applicable as per our Return and Cancellation Policy, will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval by Fresh Bliss. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines. Fresh Bliss shall not be responsible for delays in credit caused by your bank or payment service provider.

11. Fraudulent Transactions

Fresh Bliss takes online payment fraud very seriously. If we detect or suspect any fraudulent activity associated with an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to the original payment method without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, the matter may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. Customers are advised to shop only from secure and trusted devices and to avoid sharing payment credentials with anyone.

12. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Fresh Bliss uses third-party payment gateways to process all online transactions. While we carefully select reputed and compliant payment partners, Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any technical failure, downtime, or security breach originating from the payment gateway provider's systems. In such events, we will work with the payment gateway partner to resolve the issue at the earliest and ensure any affected transactions are addressed appropriately.

13. Currency of Transaction

All transactions on freshbliss.in are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Fresh Bliss does not currently accept payments in foreign currencies. If you are shopping from outside India, please ensure your payment method supports INR transactions and be aware that your bank may apply applicable currency conversion charges, for which Fresh Bliss shall not be responsible.

14. Offers, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

From time to time, Fresh Bliss may offer discount codes, promotional offers, or referral credits that can be applied at checkout. These offers are subject to individual terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
