By accessing, browsing, or transacting on this Website, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Eligibility to Use

Use of this Website is available only to persons who are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons below 18 years of age, of unsound mind, or otherwise disqualified from contracting under applicable Indian law are not eligible to register or transact on this Website. We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, weights, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. In accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all mandatory declarations including net quantity, MRP, best before date, and manufacturer details are disclosed on product labels. As we deal in natural and handcrafted products, minor variations in colour, size, texture, and appearance are inherent and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

pricing and Taxes

All prices on this Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the CGST Act, 2017, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Freshbliss reserves the right to revise prices at any time, though the price applicable to your order will be the one confirmed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, Fresh Bliss reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Order Placement and Contract of Sale

Completing the checkout process on freshbliss.in constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms. A binding contract of sale is formed only upon issuance of a formal order confirmation to your registered email address or mobile number. Fresh Bliss reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In all such cases, any amount collected will be refunded in full within the applicable timelines.

Payment Terms

Fresh Bliss accepts payment via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Fresh Bliss does not store your card or banking credentials on its servers. By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment instrument being used. Delivery of Goods

Fresh Bliss delivers within Chennai and to select pin codes across India. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are indicative and may be affected by logistical challenges, adverse weather, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. For perishable items, we recommend ensuring an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of a recipient, Fresh Bliss shall not be responsible for resulting spoilage, and re-delivery charges may apply. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon successful delivery to the designated address.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at freshbliss.in@gmail.com or +91 96000 48302. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. For perishable products, cancellations must be requested on the same day as the order and before the item is picked for dispatch. Fresh Bliss may also cancel orders where fulfilment is not possible and will notify you promptly in such cases. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines prescribed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Fresh Bliss accepts returns of non-perishable products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For perishable and fresh products, returns or replacements are considered only where the product is received damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered. Such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Fresh Bliss. Products that are used, partially consumed, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Food Safety and FSSAI Compliance

Fresh Bliss is fully committed to food safety in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and FSSAI regulations. All products are sourced from FSSAI-licensed or registered manufacturers and meet applicable food safety standards. Mandatory product information including ingredients, allergen declarations, net weight, FSSAI license number, and best before date are disclosed on product packaging as required by law. Once delivered, the responsibility for appropriate storage and handling rests with the customer.

Allergen and Dietary Information

Ingredient and allergen information is provided on product labels and, where available, on product listing pages. Our products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs, and cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out. Customers with known food allergies, intolerances, or specific medical conditions are strongly advised to read all product labels carefully before consumption and to consult a medical professional if in doubt. Fresh Bliss shall not be liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to review allergen information provided.

Consumer Rights and Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Fresh Bliss has designated a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
