Freshbliss is a brand of Crown Ventures Private Limited, an online gourmet grocery and food brand offering a curated range of fresh produce, food products, beverages, and other related products.

Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product appearance, packaging, size, colour, or availability may vary slightly.

As our range includes fresh and perishable products, availability may change depending on sourcing and stock.

Freshbliss reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you before processing the order.

Orders and Payments

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of the applicable payment method.

Freshbliss reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.

Delivery

Within Chennai, orders placed between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM are delivered in 2-4 hours. Orders placed after 6:30 PM are delivered from 9:30 AM the next day.

Outside Chennai, our pantry range is dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2 working days from dispatch. Fresh and perishable products are delivered within Chennai only and are not shipped to other cities.

We operate all 7 days of the week, Sundays included, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Orders can be placed on the website at any time.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, product availability, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it, from your account. After that, contact us as soon as you can and we will cancel or change the order if it has not been packed. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address or contact number cannot be changed.

Returns, Exchanges and Product Issues

Due to the nature of our products, Freshbliss does not accept general returns or exchanges.

Exchanges or other resolutions may be considered only for genuine issues such as an expired product, damaged product, wrong product, or verified quality issue.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds

Freshbliss does not offer refunds as a standard policy.

In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered after reviewing the specific issue and supporting information provided by the customer.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and other campaigns may be subject to specific terms and validity periods.

Freshbliss reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer at any time, subject to applicable terms.

Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
